  • Payment upon candidate's start of work: 15% of annual income
    Over the next few weeks, you will be receiving candidate CVs from us. Your task is to respond promptly, review CVs, schedule interviews and decide whether or not to hire them. As soon as the specialist you like is hired, you pay us a fee equal to a % of his/her annual gross income (i.e. including personal income tax).
  • Free replacement within 3 months of probation
    The probation period is 3 months. If a candidate fails to pass it, we bring you a new one free of charge.
